Heather Beaumont-Russell

Heather moved to Herefordshire in 1999 having lived in London for 23 years. After six months of house-hunting from London and six months of renting in Herefordshire she found her current home in the Black Mountains.

She has a background in social work, counselling, public sector training and personal growth workshops.

Sue Bashir

For the last six years Sue has lived in the city of Hereford. Before moving to Herefordshire she lived in London and prior to that in various countries including Iran and the United States, where she was involved with her husband’s property and solar companies.

While living in London she worked for an estate agency for nine years and then freelance for various estate agencies and a property developer.

Personal experience

As a result of their experience Heather and Sue have acquired a real knowledge of the pit-falls of buying and selling and an understanding of the roller-coaster ride of looking for a new home.

They have set up Relocate Herefordshire because they know from their own experience what would make the whole experience of looking for a property quicker and easier.

Heather and Sue are both married with children and thus have plenty of experience of being flexible, tireless and able to smile in the face of adversity – all qualities required for the business of finding and purchasing the right property.
