Our fees

Our first meeting with you is on the understanding that there is no cost to you if you decide not to proceed further.

HOUSE PURCHASE

Registration Fee: A fee of £500 is payable upon acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

This fee will engage us for a period of four calendar months.

This registration fee is non refundable.

Purchase of a Property: A fee of 1% of the purchase price of the property secured through our services is payable upon exchange of contracts.

RENTAL PROPERTY

Registration Fee: A fee of £300 is payable upon acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

This fee will engage us for a period of four calendar months.

This registration fee is non-refundable.

Completion of Lease Documentation A fee equivalent to one month’s rental is payable upon the signing of the lease.

These fees are per property and apply to both corporate and private clients.
