PRIVATE CLIENTS

Initial meeting
We will conduct an initial meeting with you so that we can get a complete picture of your requirements. This meeting will also provide you with the opportunity to air any uncertainties and gain greater clarity.

Property search
We will contact local estate agents, look through local papers, search independent property web sites and use our local knowledge in order to provide you with a selection of properties which meet your specifications.

We will ask you to draw up a short list of properties and then view them for you. We will provide verbal reports and photographic images of the properties and their surrounding areas.

We may need to engage in this process several times until you find a property that you want to buy.

Provide reports on properties and their locations
On your request we will research any aspect of your move to Herefordshire so that you have all the information you need to make your decisions.

We will cover areas such as local transport, rail and airport links, health and social services, education, agricultural / industrial developments, leisure and sport, culture, community facilities, child-care provision, religious establishments and groups, clubs and societies and any other information you might require on the area where you want to purchase a property.

If you require a building professional to assess a property we can provide you with contact details of local people and will happily arrange the appointments with the vendor and the professionals.

Accompanied viewings
You may wish to view properties alone or with the estate agent but if you want us to accompany you, or take you around the surrounding area, we will do this.

Negotiating the price
On request, we will advise you on local prices, or negotiate with the estate agent the best possible price for the property.

Assisting with the move
If, prior to moving in, you need to have any work done on the property, have it cleaned or require help with any other aspect of the move we will be happy to assist you.

IF YOU WANT TO RENT
We offer a similarly thorough service to help you find a suitable rental property, whether for the short or long term.

CORPORATE CLIENTS
Whether you wish to relocate one employee or several we are able to offer the same type of service that we offer to private clients, and will help with the purchase or rental of a property.
